Construction - our priorities during construction are 1. safety 2. attention to detail 3. cleanliness 4. budget control 5. schedule adherence and 6. communication.
Except for safety, these items are not listed in any particular order.
We understand that this is not our home, but yours. From day one, we will provide you with a realistic project schedule outlining important dates and deadlines. Depending on your home's design requirements, a specific team will be assembled to manage the interior and exterior design and construction of your home.
If you would like to make a change to your home during construction that doesn't adversely affect the structure or cost of the home, no problem. All we require is an approved changed order prior to starting the work.
We identify decision milestones (selection deadline) for our clients and monitor the production schedule to identify potential problems and opportunities. Our intent is to always finish on time based on the durations established initially. With our Construction Manager on site and is available during this entire process as well, we believe in complete team work and continously communicating every step of the way, with all parties that are involved.
